The property
Capital Area Greenway Trail System: This system of 28 paved greenway paths spans more than 100 miles from one end of the city to the other. You can walk, run or ride from Downtown Raleigh through the NC Museum of Art Park and from Umstead State Park all the way to RDU International Airport.
A highlight is the 27.5-mile Neuse River Greenway Trail which provides access points for kayakers and canoeists as well as scenic views of the Neuse for hikers and cyclists.
